I hate leftovers
I am writing this blog to seek advice. Lately, I have been
cooking meals and it is hard to cook just for one. So, like a normal person I
take my leftovers and put them in the fridge. Unfortunately, I am horrible
about eating leftovers. I get so tired of eating the same thing every day for
week.
I decided that I need to spice up my meals, so I am more
likely to eat the leftovers. I am going on Pinterest to find meals. The only
problem is I am broke. So, these need to cheap meals. So, I am going to build a
meal that I am going to want to eat for 3 days.
Entree- Parmesan Crusted Chicken
Okay, that looks so good and the good news is I pretty much
have all the ingredients. This is going to be my entree.
Side- Baked Cheddar Ranch Potatoes
This is super easy. This only have 5 ingredients and I have
most of them! I only need to get bacon bits.
So, I built a meal that I am going to try to make next week.
In the meantime, does anyone have any helpful tips or tricks to making meals to
eat for multiple days?
