Do You Like Your Job?
As I finish up the book "Measure What Matters" written by Katie Delahaye Paine I start to realize how important this book is to help run a successful business. The appendix of this book, which is in the back, gives us some questions that you need to ask yourself if you belong to an organization. If you run the organization then you might want to ask your employees these questions. For these questions you are asked to tell us if you agree or disagree on a scale of one to seven. One being that you strongly disagree and seven being you strongly agree.
These questions are broke down in to 6 sections. I am going to give you the section and a couple questions from each. I thought it would fun for you to answer these about your organization or school. If you are the boss then ask your employee's these questions. You might be shocked.
